In 2014 he moved to USA for a job as a producer and cameraman on the Emmy award-winning show ‘Ocean Mysteries with Jeff Corwin”. He has worked on numerous highly acclaimed National Geographic films and shows including Life Below Zero, LBZ Next Generation, First Alaskans, Secrets of the Zoo, Into the Okavango, Maui Shark Mystery and When Sharks Attack. Zach contributed greatly to the content of the show by working with the production team to find entertaining and captivating stories, sometimes finding gems in parts of the world with very little lines of communication….. and his outstanding ability to capture stunning visuals that truly tell stories and that were worthy of our award winning product.” Jeff Corwin, Ocean Mysteries with Jeff Corwin.

His career has taken him across the world for a variety of the world’s leading networks including ABC, CNN, FOX, NBC, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, FOOD NETWORK and PBS. He provides the most stunning images and content to his clients, who have commissioned him to travel from Antarctica to Alaska, across the USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Africa, South East Asia, Europe and some of the world’s most remote islands, to document their stories.

Although his background is in natural history, having freelanced in Los Angeles and elsewhere, he has a built up a impressive and diverse resume. He recently completed 2 seasons of “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” for the Cooking Channel, currently the top rated show on the channel. He also shoots for NFL Films and covers sports where his underwater skills have come in handy!
